What this site collects, who it goes to, and how to stop hearing from us. Short version: what you send goes to the contractor matched to your job, and nothing here takes a payment.

Who we are, and what this site does

Sacramento Expert Drywall is a property of Trade Star Local, LLC, and this notice covers sacramentoexpertdrywall.com and any request you send through it.

We serve Sacramento and the surrounding metro, including Roseville, Elk Grove, Citrus Heights, Folsom, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Rancho Cordova, Antelope, West Sacramento and Rocklin. We match property owners with licensed contractors in our network, chosen by the work involved, where you are, and what they specialize in. Those contractors are independent businesses.

That matters for your privacy, so it is worth stating first and plainly: the information you give us is passed to the contractor matched to your job. That is the point of sending it.

What we collect

Through the form. Your name, phone number, email address, the property address or the area you are in, and what you want done. Only the required fields have to be filled in.

When you call. The number on this site is a tracking number. It records the number you called from, the date and time, how long the call lasted, and which page the number was found on. Calls may also be recorded; that has its own section below.

What we never ask for. We do not ask for your Social Security number, your driver's license number, your bank account or a card number. Nothing on this site takes a payment. If a page ever appears to ask you for one, it is not ours.

Who gets it

When you send the form or call the number, your details go to one or more independent local contractors so somebody can get back to you about the job. They may contact you by phone, text or email.

Each contractor handles your information under their own privacy practices, not ours. We do not control what they keep, how long they keep it, or how they choose to contact you.

Beyond that, the only other parties who touch your information are the services that make this site work: the company that runs the form, the company that runs the tracking number, and the company that hosts the site. They handle it only to perform that service.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, list resellers or advertisers.

Your consent to be contacted

When you submit the form or call the number on this site, you agree that we, the contractor matched to your request, and anyone acting on our behalf may contact you:

• By phone, including calls placed with an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice
• By text message, including automated texts
• By email

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to automated calls or texts in order to hire anyone or to get a quote. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any text to end texts, or HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to team@sacramentoexpertdrywall.com. To come off our call lists, tell us on any call or write to the same address. You can withdraw consent at any time and by any reasonable means.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and recordkeeping. If you would rather not be recorded, say so on the call, or hang up and use the form instead.

Recordings and call details are stored by the company that runs our tracking number, and may be reviewed by us and by the contractor handling your request.

Cookies, and what this site actually loads

This site sets no cookies of its own, and it runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel, and no session or local storage.

Three third-party services are reached when a page loads, and each of them can see your IP address and basic browser details as a result:

• Google Fonts, at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which serves the typefaces the site is set in.
• Lead Simplify, at app.leadsimplify.com, which runs the estimate form. Anything you type into that form goes to them, and it is delivered to us and to the contractor matched to your job.
• A map provider, on any page that embeds a map.

Each of those runs under its own privacy practices, not ours. Your browser can block third-party content without breaking these pages.

On Do Not Track and global privacy signals: because this site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers, there is nothing here for such a signal to switch off.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@sacramentoexpertdrywall.com and tell us enough to find the record, which is usually the phone number or email address you used.

Two honest limits. We cannot delete a record from a contractor's system, because it is theirs, so ask them directly as well. And we may keep what we have to keep for our own records and to show we handled a request properly.

Children

This site is for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to team@sacramentoexpertdrywall.com and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we use providers who do the same. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not. Do not send anything through this site that you would not want handled by ordinary business email.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the service, a provider or the law changes, and we change the "last updated" date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
